  Had a great dinner with a group of 25 last week, food was exceptional and in big portions too! Love it. FYI I'm Italian and it was just as good. Great job guys

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Restaurant was nowhere near full yet we were left waiting around 5 minutes to simply be told to take a seat. After sitting down we (2 people) were left waiting another 10 minutes for our order to be taken. We ordered the ravioli ($21) and lasagna ($24). The way these dishes tasted does not warrant the price charged. There are only 5 ravioli on a $21 plate, all of which were incredibly under cooked. Clearly pre-packaged pasta that is kept frozen. Why is it called Fratelli Fresh when the food is far from it. I have no complaints about the lasagna, however it is also not worth $24. There is much better food out there for a lower price. A $9.50 glass of wine is about the same size as a shot of vodka. When we told them the ravioli were completely under cooked, we got a "sorry". As a simple gesture, it's often nice to offer some sort of compensation when you serve such disastrous food. Seems like the waiting staff has absolutely no idea what they're doing. They seem to preoccupied catching up and talking amongst themselves than paying attention to customers. Will definitely not return again.

  Food was fantastic, service could have been better. It was super hot day and the aircon wasn't on/working. We'd have liked some ice with the tap water.

  Was extremely impressed by the quality of the pizza here! The service was also very professional and efficient on a busy night. It felt more like eating at a good wine bar than an Italian chain - will definitely visit again!
